Who we are

NotebookSync is a product of Muldis C&E, Kerkstraat 9, 8194 LT Veessen, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 54308747). Questions about privacy: info@muldis.nl.

The app

NotebookSync runs entirely on your own PC. Your notes go from the reMarkable files on your PC to the OneNote app on your PC (and back). We receive no notes and no usage data. The license code is checked on your PC, without contacting us.

When you buy

When you buy a license, we store your name, e-mail address and the details you enter for the invoice (company name, address, VAT number), together with the order and the license code. We do this to deliver the license, to create the invoice and because the law requires us to keep invoices for seven years.

For this we work with:

• Mollie for the payment; they process your payment details.
• Brevo for sending the e-mail with your license code and invoice.
• Microsoft Azure (in Europe), where this website and the orders are hosted.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it (as far as we are not legally required to keep it). E-mail info@muldis.nl for this. If you do not agree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your country.
